For this year’s A-Z Challenge, I am doing the A-Z of some of my favourite Christmas decorations. I love Christmas and I’ve debated this theme before, and this year I am finally doing it.
Today is day thirteen where M equals mat.
This Christmas mat sits in front of my fireplace in the sitting room. I also have one that goes in front of the display unit in my dining room and of course I have a Christmas welcome mat too.

That mat is cute. I need to get one! I thought of music. I must play music from the 1st of Advent to the New Year. I have records from the late 50s that my parents bought when they met. I even have the Bonanza Christmas Album.

I have a map… well, I have two, both made of thin wood and strung with a ribbon for hanging, one of Iceland and one of the Island Mull. I suppose I could have mentioned them to I, but it’s too late now š
