    Assuming I am having a bad day because of little things, I remind myself that in a week, month or year I will not even remember what is bothering me now. And deep breathing.

  2. I’m definitely a positive person but if I am feeling down I talk to my mum or best friend because they can always put a smile on my face.

  3. This is ever so true . Even one positive thought can change the mood completely. We should make it a daily practice to remember at least one good thing each day.

  4. A dash of positivism is enough to spark up the dull day. For me its always been my friends and family whom I turn to when I am facing the bad day.

    Being insanely menopausal right now I have lots of bad days. I remind myself that it is hormones, an actual physical thing and I give myself permission to feel bad. And then I typically feel better. Go figure!
