For this year’s A-Z Challenge, I am doing the A-Z of some of my favourite Christmas decorations. I love Christmas and I’ve debated this theme before, and this year I am finally doing it.
Today is day nine where I equals icy tree.
This one is a bit of a stretch alphabet wise, but I really struggled with I, which is odd because it’s not usually one of the harder letters. Anyway, I chose this tree because the silver colour always makes me think of ice. This tree stands on a small cabinet in my dining room.

I thought of icicles which I hung on my tree many years ago and icicle lights which I love.
Ohhh not sure if I have a fave one starting with I, but each year I love looking at all the ornaments we have collected from around the world and placing them on the tree š
Now that our children have grown and gone, about the only decorations I put out is the Christmas tree. It has the lights already attached to the tree š
Of course I have my potpourri pot plugged in with cinnamon and evergreen. Kitchen towels, dinner mats, napkins, blankets. But no little knickknacks. Oh, Alex playing Christmas themed songs in background. That’s about it here at my house.
I love Christmas time. Just don’t like dusting every single thing. A gravel road runs at the front of our farm.
