  1. I avoid making New Year’s resolutions, so I never have to worry about breaking them. And no, I’m not implying that I’m perfect and never need to change. But whenever I think of something I do that needs to stop, I try to quit it right then and there. Why wait until the first of the next year?

  2. I felt like I coasted through last year, mainly due to being grounded by PND. This month hasn’t been the refreshing start as I had hoped but it’s spurred me on big time! #AnythingGoes

  3. See, I don’t see it as only a January thing that the resolutions have to be started by this month and if they aren’t then don’t bother. Of course my goals are things that I know will take me a few months to fulfill (like getting a new car). There are things that take time. I always get flabbergasted by those who set exercise goals but then give up half way through because they aren’t seeing results. These things take time. It’s not going to happen in one fell swoop. But I also believe that if you want something bad enough, not only do you start it as soon as you are able but you stick to it for as long as it takes to complete.Great tips Debbie! Love them all:) #anythinggoes

I don’t make resolutions as I don’t think they are helpful. What I do think is helpful is starting where you are and build on what makes you feel better about yourself. Look for those moments and remember them. #anythinggoes

The key is not to have too many goals as that is self-defeating. Quality over quantity. And to make sure they are balanced across all areas of your life. #AnythingGoes
