This week’s thought of the week is:
“Everything you try to achieve in life can be looked at in one of two ways: I can do this or I can’t do this. Whichever one you choose is the one which becomes true.”
I love this quote. I think it is so true.
If you set out to do something and keep telling yourself you can’t do it, you are making it that much harder for yourself, meaning you are much more likely to fail.
You are setting yourself up to fail before you’ve even tried.
However, if you go in confident, telling yourself you can do it, chances are you will do it.
Mind set plays a huge part in our achievements, and often, our frame of mind can make or break how successful we are at something.
So next time you set out to do something, go in with positive thoughts – tell yourself you can do it, because the only thing stopping you from doing it is your own self doubt.
