Killer
I am a killer. I kill hundreds, even thousands of people. Not physically, I could never get away with that. I am cleverer than that, subtler. I kill dreams, hopes, wants. I kill your dreams and extinguish your spark. When I am finished, you are an empty shell. Someone undeserving of love, undeserving of happiness. I am not ruthless though. I only kill if you allow me in. I never enter uninvited, but once you let me in, you are mine. There is no escape. Who am I? A vampire? A parasite? No. I am your own self doubt.

Yes, it really is a killer!
I am a killer. I kill hundreds, even thousands of thoughts everyday. Am I criminal of my own soul or criminal of people who are connected to me. They look at me with hopes and dreams. All came to an end with a smile. I know one life is not enough to pay debt. Debt of love and respect but I am a killer. It does not matter any more to me. One thing know for sure, I am not alone, who is killing their thoughts every min. It may be you or you or may be you !!!

Thank you. That’s so true, I’m forever telling other people “Go for it” etc and when it comes to myself I over think to the point where I don’t do it!

I was trying to work out what you were referring too, I didn’t expect it to be self-doubt. Very true though and I am sure the majority can relate. x
It’s definitely a place I’ve been and I’m sure a lot of us bloggers have felt like this at some point! x
Like it, nicely done. I wonder why we sabotage ourselves in this way, with our fears and doubts. One thing I would disagree with though. I think you CAN overcome your self doubt but it takes a lot of courage, a lot of time, and as much encouragement from others as you are prepared to listen to. Sending positive thoughts to everyone who has ever had this Killer inside them.

Who doesn’t have self doubt right? Yes, it’s a silent killer indeed. The worst kind.
I think it’s definitely something bloggers can relate to!
