Love these quotes. The one about the only way is up after you hit rock bottom has been one that has a lot of resonance for me – it kept me going when I was struggling with depression in the past. I do also love the one about not judging yourself by someone else's standards.
Thank you, I'm glad liked them. Yes, that's a great one to keep in mind when you are going through something like depression – it helps you remember there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
